I was born into a lineage of jewelers whose craft spans over 150 years. Growing up in Mumbai, I was surrounded by tradition but also encouraged to think independently. After graduating from Sydenham College, I deepened my understanding of the industry with a gemological degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Carlsbad. My roots are firmly planted in the legacy of Jaipur Jewels, but my vision has always been about evolution. I didn’t return just to run the business; I came back to help redefine what it could become.

Even as Jaipur Jewels grows across generations and geographies, I’ve never lost sight of what matters most: people. I live in a joint family, and being a father to two daughters keeps me grounded and grateful every day.
Leadership, to me, is quiet strength. It’s about listening before speaking, standing by your values, and letting your work speak louder than your words. I lead with structure, but always with heart.
